Where credential compatibility is confirmed, an IT administrator can authorise an employee's existing card for a specific compartment and collection window. The locker records the access event. Any update to an ITSM ticket must be configured through the agreed software integration.

Can the same locker handle both replacement laptops and small peripherals?
