How can smart lockers work with enterprise RFID cards for unattended IT repairs?
Where credential compatibility is confirmed, an IT administrator can authorise an employee's existing card for a specific compartment and collection window. The locker records the access event. Any update to an ITSM ticket must be configured through the agreed software integration.
Can the same locker handle both replacement laptops and small peripherals?
Yes, a mixed-bay layout can be planned for laptops, chargers, mice, keyboards and other equipment. Supply the largest device dimensions and expected quantities so the compartment mix can be configured correctly.
Does a break-fix locker automatically diagnose a returned laptop?
