1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
• The product is not damaged or altered in any way.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage due to mishandling.

3. Return Process

2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Shipping the Product: Customers must return the item to our designated warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
• If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be processed via bank transfer after receiving bank details.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
