RIFE RFID Fastener Cabinet

RIFE RFID Fastener Cabinet is a point-of-use inventory system for nuts, bolts, screws, washers, rivets, clips and other small industrial parts. Because individual RFID tagging is often impractical for low-value fasteners, the system can identify bins through RFID and estimate stock through weight sensors or controlled dispensing.

The cabinet is configured around bin size, unit weight, consumption rate and replenishment method. It can support kanban, min-max, vendor-managed inventory and user or cost-centre consumption reporting.

RIFE RFID Smart Cabinets combine secure storage, RFID item identification, controlled user access and inventory dashboard software. The system helps organisations track what is stored, what was removed, who accessed the cabinet and when items were returned.

RIFE smart inventory systems can combine RFID cabinets, smart shelves, weight-sensor bins, smart lockers and dashboard software depending on the inventory type. RFID suits item-level tracking, while weight sensors suit consumables and quantity-based stock tracking.
